REFUND, CANCELLATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS POLICY :

 All clients will be required to complete a consent form at their first appointment for any new service you are doing. Any change to your circumstances, either your  personal details or medical history must be advised to our staff prior to any appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all  medical issues to Divine Body, LLC.  Divine Body can not be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues .

 We require a minimum of 24 hours  notice  for any appointment cancellation. If you fail to reschedule your appointment with a minimum 24 hours notice, there is a $30 cancellation fee.

Divine Body, LLC does not provide refunds for products or services a result  of change of mind. This does exclude your rights for a refund under the consumer law where there is a major problem with the product or service.

***Treatments can not be done on your abs while you are on your menstrual cycle. Please do not schedule sessions during this time. A $30 same day Rescheduling/Cancellation Fee will be charged***

LATE SHOWS/TARDINESS:

Out of respect of our other clients, if you are 15-25 minutes late to your appointment, there will be a reduction in services 30 minutes late or more your appointment will be rescheduled and the $30 Same Day Reschedule fee applies. No show $30 No show fee.

SPECIALS/DEALS:

Please note that due to the deep discount, treatment packages can only be used for ONE body area for all 3 or 6 visits, you may not split your package up, or purchase another Specials/Deal for another area. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late there will be a reduction in services, 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. No shows will forfeit that session, and a $30 fee will be assessed. After 2 no shows or 2 cancellations or a combination of both, any remaining sessions on your Special/Deals will forfeited. NO refunds will be granted.
